It’s your responsibility to understand how this process works. I have buttons and links and reminders for you to (hopefully) read and understand what a pre-order is and how it works. Yes, I know it takes quite a while for this process to be completed. It takes approximately close to 1 month for you to receive your items because it takes my screen shop about 3 weeks to order the clothes, print, and pack for me to retrieve. And please remember, it’s not 3 weeks from the day you set your order, it’s 3 weeks after pre-orders are done being taken. I’m a 1-man team working here and have to deal with an average of 100+ orders each time my shop opens. I have to fold, package, and ship these out. It takes time, it’s definitely tedious and not fun. So I kindly ask you (those who pre-order) to stop sending me emails asking when you’ll receive your order. I appreciate your patience. Thank you!
